Description
The Cellular Messaging Module, CMM, is used to send short messages (SMS) to cellular telephones or other SMS cellular compliant devices. This means that the CMM can be connected to messaging devices to send or receive SMS messages to activate or acknowledge alarm events. Once the CMM has been connected and a valid SIM card has been installed, you are instantly ready to make and receive SMS messages. Operation of the CMM is via the onboard RS232 serial port. The CMM comes in a rack mount enclosure but can be installed on walls for surface mount applications. The CMM is an ideal solution for a large amount of applications. Being compatible with the Fusion suite of products, it can be part of a powerful, seamless messaging system for all industries.
